Strong Flow is a Vinyasa Yoga Class. “Vinyasa Yoga” is variously known in fitness centers across America as Flow Yoga and Power Yoga and is vigorous and movement-based. With an emphasis on the synchronization of movement and breath, this class will keep you flowing through creative sequences of traditional yoga postures. Intermediate and advanced postures are offered at a pace that matches the level of the practitioners in the class. With fewer props and a faster pace, this class is suited to yoga practitioners with some experience, or beginners with a willingness to respect where they are at, not get it all right at first, and take breaks.
