About the Class

Strong Flow is a Vinyasa Yoga Class.  “Vinyasa Yoga” is variously known in fitness centers across America as Flow Yoga and Power Yoga and is vigorous and movement-based. With an emphasis on the synchronization of movement and breath, this class will keep you flowing through creative sequences of traditional yoga postures.  Intermediate and advanced postures are offered at a pace that matches the level of the practitioners in the class. With fewer props and a faster pace, this class is suited to yoga practitioners with some experience, or beginners with a willingness to respect where they are at, not get it all right at first, and take breaks.

Special Instructions

Welcome! Here’s What to Know Before Class ___________ Arrive Early Class sizes are limited, so please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to settle in. Doors close 5 minutes after class starts, and late arrivals won’t be admitted to honor the experience for everyone.  ‍What to Bring We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for comfort and hygiene, but we have a few available if needed. Props like blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are provided. Stay Hydrated Bring a water bottle—we have a cooler for refills!
