Yoga Strong for Strength, Balance & Mobility. This low-impact strength class is designed to help you build strength safely by targeting the major muscle groups in your body. With a focus on alignment and core activation, each session combines dynamic movements, static holds, and a blend of yoga and Pilates exercises to enhance strength, improve balance, and increase mobility. By integrating mindful breathwork with challenging yet controlled movements, you'll develop stability, power, and flexibility while reducing the risk of injury. Accessible to all levels, this class allows you to build strength with confidence and care.
Welcome! Here’s What to Know Before Class ___________ Arrive Early Class sizes are limited, so please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to settle in. Doors close 5 minutes after class starts, and late arrivals won’t be admitted to honor the experience for everyone. What to Bring We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for comfort and hygiene, but we have a few available if needed. Props like blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are provided. Stay Hydrated Bring a water bottle—we have a cooler for refills!
