This evening class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and come home to your body. We’ll begin with guided breathwork and meditation to settle the nervous system, then move through a gentle, intuitive flow designed to release tension and restore balance. Expect mindful movement, spacious pacing, and moments of stillness woven throughout. Each week, we’ll explore the inner landscape through breath, awareness, and intentional movement — creating space to clear the slate, reset your energy, and return to yourself with greater clarity. This practice is a chance to step out of autopilot and back into the seat of the creator, so you can move into a new week feeling grounded, present, and aligned. This class is open to all levels and especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, tired, or in need of a moment to slow down and reconnect.
