Yoga postures coupled with small dumbbell exercises that create a challenging workout that increases strength and flexibility. Performed at temperatures of 98-100 degrees – this class is guaranteed to make you sweat! One should have a basic level of fitness and knowledge of yoga postures.
Please note that we kindly ask you cancel your scheduled class prior to 6 hours before class time. If you do not cancel prior to 6 hours, you will forfeit your class pass(for class pass users) and for memberships you will incur an $8 fee. If you do not show, you will not only forfeit your class pass but you will also incur a $5 fee(for class pass users) and for memberships you will incur a $13 fee. Thank you for understanding!
