

Flow Yoga- All Levels is a yoga practice of moving postures linked together with breath. This class is designed to keep things fresh for continuing students and appropriate for those newer to the practice with some knowledge of the postures. We will offer options to support those who prefer a more relaxed practice, and also options for those looking for more challenge. Those currently attending Slow Flow or Vinyasa would be a great fit for this practice. Focus is on body alignment as you learn how to regulate optimal breath to sustain postures and flow with them. Each class contains variations as we explore, focus, and highlight specific areas of the body and energetic centers. The pace of this class can be invigorating and postures are accessible to most participants and can always be modified to honor your own body. The nature of this yoga style is to connect with and establish a balance of mind, body, and spirit. The practice closes with relaxation postures in which to reflect and reconnect with yourself. You will finish this practice feeling present, energized, and calm!
