About the Class

Online Class.  Vinyasa yoga (moving postures linked together with breath) is designed to keep things fresh for continuing students while supporting students that are new to yoga but prefer a bit of a challenge.   Focus is on body alignment as you learn how to regulate optimal breath to sustain postures and flow with them. Each class contains variations as we explore, focus, and highlight specific areas of the body and energetic centers.   The pace of this class can be invigorating and postures are accessible to most participants and can always be modified to honor your own body. The nature of this yoga style is to connect with and establish a balance of mind, body, and spirit. The practice closes with relaxation postures in which to reflect and reconnect with yourself. You will finish this practice feeling present, energized, and calm!

Special Instructions

This is an oline class.  Zoom link will be emailed to you, you will be admitted into class a few minutes before start time.  You can also gain access to the class in the Achieve App through the My Schedule tab.  If you use yoga props, please gather them.
