I’m Carissa McClellan, and my journey into sound healing started in late 2020, as a personal quest for a holistic approach to my overall well-being and mental health. As life presented its challenges, I found myself seeking internal peace. It was during this exploration that I stumbled upon the effects of frequencies on the mind, body, and soul. I discovered how these vibrations can release energy and bring deep relaxation. Sound practices and meditation quickly became apart my daily morning routine for my personal growth. With encouragement from a supportive friend and mentor, I am now excited to share my new-found passion and inspire others on their own paths of self-discovery through mindfulness and sounds with workshops or one-on-one sessions.
