This class uniquely utilizes props (such as the Great Yoga Wall, resistance props such as hand weights & bands) as students are guided through a practice focused on strengthening the effficiency of their strength through functional movement. With consistency, students will observe the supportive and core musclular structures of their body toward developing a deeper understanding on one's alignment through the kenetic chains, an increased efficiency of muscular force, & an intensity toward strength to bring with them off of the mat. Students choose an intensity that suits them for all strengthening movements.
