This class is designed to benefit both beginners and more seasoned yogis.You'll be encouraged to listen to your body, allowing you to set a solid foundation for each pose and your yoga practice as a whole. You'll spend enough time in poses to ensure you're getting the best alignment for your body, while building strength, stamina and flexibility. You'll learn classic yoga postures and variations, so that you can safely get the most out of your practice. This class is inspired by the Raja and Hatha philosophies of yoga.
