This monthly community class is a gentle, grounding space created specifically for the Black & Brown community to rest, breathe, and reconnect. The practice is slow and accessible, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support the nervous system and encourage deep release. No prior yoga experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome. This is a pay-what-you-can, donation-based offering, rooted in accessibility and collective care. Give what feels supportive for you, your presence matters most. Classes are held once a month on Saturdays, with dates varying month to month. The first session begins Saturday, January 17th. Mats and water are provided. Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Rest is honored here.
