With no impact on the joints, you will build strength, improve flexibility, and lose weight/tone up. Regular practice can reduce chronic back pain and rehab injuries in knees and shoulders, all while providing 60 minutes of peace of mind. If you have been searching for the right type of yoga for you, this is it! Great for all levels. New students welcome. This 60 minute class involves postures from the classic Bishnu Gosh Lineage.   Advance online registration reguired. Please be on time -- doors lock when class begins!
