This 45-minute full-body mat Pilates class is designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body. Featuring low-impact movements that use your own body weight, the class focuses on connecting breath to movement. Through mindful practice, you’ll feel the burn with small, controlled exercises that target often-overlooked muscles. With options for both advancements and modifications, everyone can move at their own pace. Our goal is for you to leave the mat feeling aligned, strong, and energized! No experience necessary.
