About the Class

Breathing and Stretching...ahhh! In this class, we will explore the vast world of dynamic and passive “floor” postures and mindful breath-work (pranayama). This class will have limited flows and standing postures if any. The focus is on poses close to the earth along with guided breath-work (pranayama). This class is a nice complement to more intense forms of practice. A comforting relief and mini-holistic retreat for your mind, body, and soul. Ultimately, you will leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. This practice offers to move stuck energy and draw awareness from the mind to the heart and body. This class is accessible to all. Low intensity.
