Gentle Flow: This is a slower paced class focusing on the foundational postures. Instructors will break down poses and hold them longer, ensuring sound body position. Variations and modifications are offered so advanced students can still find benefit. We will try to get out of the mind and into the body with this calming class. Students can expect to find stress-relief while gently stretching and strengthening the body. The emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. This meditative practice will gently wake the body as it stills the mind. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, mindfulness experience and especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries. Lower intensity.
