At Rhode Island Hot Yoga, we offer
kick-ass classes for regular-ass people. We come from all different
walks of life but we have one thing in common: we are committed to
taking care of our health and we're not afraid of a little sweat!
Our specialties are Original Hot Yoga and Core Fire Conditioning,
 both done in the heated room. We also offer a variety of
non-heated classes during the week for those who prefer the cooler
side of things.
Our Bristol studio is conveniently
located in the Ace Hardware Plaza on Gooding Ave with plenty of
free parking. Along with our spacious heated yoga space, we have
plenty of amenties such as showers and changing rooms so that you
can get ready for class and freshen up afterwards to enjoy the rest
