Working out for me has always been the best way to release stress and anxiety out of my body – it completely resets my mind and focus. Over the years, I’ve learned many types of workouts from Spin classes to Windsurfing to Cross Fit and more. Looking back at them all, I can truly say that I’ve seen better results with CFC and Yoga than I ever saw with the other forms I practiced.When I first came to Rhode Island Hot Yoga in 2022, I was looking for a new and fun workout to try and I fell in love! I loved it so much I even thought it would be fun to step outside of my comfort zone to try teaching. The experience has been incredible and it’s amazing to be part of such a driven and powerful community of people.When I’m not at RI Hot Yoga you can usually find me in my garden, green house or hanging with my family.
