All the same high-energy low-impact goodness you get from your Core Fire Conditioning, with a lot of extra fire! This class focuses on Kettlebell Technique and is suitable for all beginners as well as enthusiasts. So come on rolling thunder and pouring rain, we're coming on like a hurricane.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and some water. Kettlebells are provided for this class or you are welcome to bring your own. Workout gloves may also be helpful!
