At Rhode Island Hot Yoga, we offer
kick-ass classes for regular-ass people. We come from all different
walks of life but we have one thing in common: we are committed to
taking care of our health and we're not afraid of a little sweat!
Our specialties are Original Hot Yoga and Core Fire Conditioning,
 both done in the heated room. We also offer a variety of
non-heated classes during the week for those who prefer the cooler
side of things.
Our Providence studio is located on
the West Side of Providence inside the Rising Sun Mills. Our
expansive studio includes a heated yoga space, a non-heated yoga
space, and a full service Wellness Center offering massage therapy,
infrared sauna, red light therapy, and a yoga boutique. Please
