Red lotus has a "come as you are" atmosphere where everyone is embraced and welcomed. Yoga has guided me through the many phases of life, from college,  to mother hood, and beyond. I have better posture now in my 30's then my younger years!

Nobody enters the world as an advanced yogi -- we all need to
learn the basics of the yoga lifestyle somewhere. At Red Lotus
Yoga, we have a warm spiritual approach. Every certified instructor
understands you must follow your own path to yoga mastery and are
trained to meet you where you are. This spirit of calming and
acceptance makes our local yoga studio an ideal setting for nervous
beginners. We will guide you through the postures, breathing
techniques, and meditations that are a part of each yoga class. You
do not have to be able to touch or even see your toes to practice
with us. You can do as much or as little during one of our classes
you feel comfortable.
In the same vein we serve as an excellent location for those who
have already experienced the great benefits of yoga and hope to
take their abilities to the next level. Each certified instructor
makes a point of tailoring classes to participants, ensuring
everyone is challenged enough to keep things interesting and safe.
We believe yoga is for your Body, Mind and Spirit and we look
forward to assisting you on your journey.
