Our “Gentle Flow” classes are akin to Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga, with a slow, even, methodical pace. Gentle Flow classes begin with “centering,” which includes bringing awareness to the breath, and then moves into small, gentle movements of the body. This class is not strenuous or vigorous in any way, and is perfect for beginners, or those looking for a deeply relaxing yoga experience. Gentle Flow will feel very unhurried and meditative, allowing students to fully inhale and exhale within and transitioning between poses, to weave together the mind, body, and soul! The room temperature is Non-Heated, which means a comfortable, ambient temperature.
