About the Class

Our “Mindful Flow” classes are akin to the vinyasa and hatha styles of yoga, with an even,  methodical pace. Mindful Flow begins with “centering,” bringing focus to the breath, and setting the tone for a deep, meditative vibe. These classes are accessible to all levels of practice, with a heavy focus on proper, safe anatomical alignment.  Mindful Flow will feel very unhurried, allowing students to fully inhale and exhale within and transitioning between poses, to weave together the mind, body, and soul! The room temperature is Non-Heated, which means a comfortable, ambient temperature.
