Our “Warm Yoga” classes, with a temperature of about 85ºF, have similar benefits to Hot Yoga, with a gentler feel. Heated Yoga has been proven to help release toxins from the body, including heavy metals; as well as increase circulation; boost the immune system; increase the metabolism; and support the lymphatic system. Warm Yoga can also help prevent injuries, as the muscles become more supple in the heat. Our “Mindful Flow” classes are akin to the vinyasa and hatha styles of yoga, with an even, methodical pace. Mindful Flow begins with “centering,” bringing focus to the breath, and setting the tone for a deep, meditative vibe. These classes are accessible to all levels of practice, with a heavy focus on proper, safe anatomical alignment. Mindful Flow will feel very unhurried, allowing students to fully inhale and exhale within and transitioning between poses, to weave together the mind, body, and soul!
