About the Class

Our “Hot Yoga” classes are heated to around 99ºF, with a myriad of benefits to the body and mind. Heated Yoga has been proven to help release toxins from the body, including heavy metals; as well as increase circulation; boost the immune system; increase the metabolism; and support the lymphatic system. Hot Yoga can also help prevent injuries, as the muscles become more supple in the heat. A dehumidifier is used to reduce moisture in the air, making the heat dry and comfortable.  Our “Power Flow” classes are an upbeat, vinyasa-style yoga, with a focus on stamina and strength, alongside breathing. Power Flow begins with centering, which includes bringing awareness to the breath, and then moves into a flow that is slightly faster in pace, balancing between continuous movement and longer holds. Power Flow is accessible to all levels of practice, as modifications are offered alongside challenges, and is a perfect way to help stimulate the metabolism and awake the mind, body, and soul!
