Set in a 90-degree infrared-heated studio, this 45-minute challenging mat class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize every muscle in your body—including your mind. You'll move through classical Pilates sequences with precision and flow, emphasizing deep core engagement, spinal alignment, and postural strength. Prior Pilates experience is recommended. Clients are also advised to drink water prior and during class and to avoid heavy meals prior to any heated class.
