Warm Room.  Strengthen your stretch and build your yoga practice.This class focuses on the body mechanics happening during each pose, increasing your anatomical understanding and helping you access your inner strength while you learn how to engage muscle groups and prevent common injuries. Coming from the tradition of Anusara yoga, this class works with the energetic loops and spiral forces of the musculature that exist in the body. This class is for everyone from beginner to advanced practitioners.
