About the Class

A dynamic blend of sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, core and inversions delivered with every teacher's personal flavor! A powerful class that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed. This class also includes the option for hands on alignment assists during class. (60 mins) Heated to 90 degrees. All levels. Late cancel/no show policy: If you do not cancel your spot in a class 2 hours prior to class  start or you do not show for a class, you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee if you are on a monthly unlimited membership. If you have a class package or limited monthly membership, you will lose a visit from your package. Any visits early cancelled will be credited back to your account.
