YOD stands for “Your Own Determination”. In YOD yoga classes we focus on moving our body intentionally beginning with a 20 minute yoga warm up, 5 minutes of body weight strength work, a 12 minute HIIT workout and a deep stretch cool down. In this class, you can go at your own pace and do what feels best in your body that day. If you're looking for a class that challenges you and also calms you down during the same session, YOD is the place for you! All levels, heated to 90 degrees, 60 minutes.
