About the Class

In this vinyasa style yoga practice we use strategic sequencing, creative flows, and an integration of breath with movement to build strength, increase flexibility, and focus the mind. A typical class starts with centering and warm-ups, transitioning into standing flows and balance work, finishing with seated and reclined poses, and ending in a restful Savasana.  Our flow classes are centered on the goal of offering a unique experience every time you come to the mat. We design our classes around who is in the room and craft a challenging but accessible flow. Beginners and advanced practitioners are always encouraged to join us for class.
