In this energetic workout we use the principles of Pilates with the structure of a bootcamp class to combine bodyweight strengthening with low-impact aerobics. Class will move through a series of timed circuits including a bridge series, plank series, spine stabilizations, and aerobic intervals. We end with a dynamic cool down and rest. Our Pilates Bootcamp is easy to modify to your fitness level. Expect to have fun, move, and sweat! Beginners and advanced practitioners are always encouraged to join us for class.
