This 60-minute Slow Flow Yoga class is intended for all yogis and all body types. This class will go nice and easy for beginning yogis and allow experienced yogis to embrace their asanas in longer poses, while strengthening and lengthening their muscles. Stretches will go deeper. Additionally, the shorter class will allow for yogis to get in their daily practice, quickly & early, before getting on the road for work and/or other daily life activities.
