Three Keys Yoga
Natasha has always loved working out and using group fitness as a way to exercise and be with like-minded people. In her early years of college, she was introduced to yoga by accidentally mistaking the times of a class at the gym. She went in for a weight lifting class, but turned out it was a yoga class. It was the best mistake she’s ever made. She took the class, and instantly fell in love with the practice and the way her body and mind felt following the class. The energy in the class and that of the yoga teacher was contagious; she became instantly hooked. Always struggling with constant overthinking and anxiety, she began to use yoga as a way to get out of her head. It was her safe and happy place. She continued to practice more and more and with every teacher and every class, she fell deeper in love with the practice. In 2017, after moving to Charleston from Ft. Lauderdale with her husband and children, she came across the missing puzzle piece she needed to deepen her practice by completing her 200-hour RYT in Power Yoga. She knows how the power of yoga helps to restore balance in our hectic lives, physically, mentally, and spiritually and she looks forward to spreading the amazing energy that it brings to others in the community.
