Three Keys Yoga
Amy’s yoga journey started with a move to San Diego in 2012. After taking her first hot yoga class, she was hooked. It was love at first asana. She was drawn to the fitness aspect at first--as well as the friendly and supportive yoga community. As her practice continued through cross country moves and new studios, she found the importance of connecting breath with poses while quieting and focusing her mind.Amy found refuge in her yoga practice helping her through difficult times in her life. She earned her 200RYT while living in Illinois in 2017. She also has a certification in Strength Yoga. Amy’s focus has been in private yoga lessons and posture clinics focusing on alignment and rediscovering the muscles in the feet. Coming to the Low Country, a place Amy has dreamed of living since she was 12, she is excited to continue following her dream.Amy loves to bring a strength aspect to her vinyasa flow classes as well as fun music, lots of smiles, and a touch of Thai Massage. When Amy isn’t on her mat, you’ll find her cooking, working out, or with her two kids playing by the pool or walking on the beach.
