Brittany has such a gentle and natural way of teaching yoga. She explains and demonstrates poses that are easy to follow. She always offers modifications if people need them. I wasn’t sure what this 4 hour grief and yoga workshop would entail, but it was well worth my time and money. I was so glad that I attended. Brittany created a welcoming and safe space and made it easy to participate. She allowed us to write if we felt too emotional to speak. She provided her support as well as that of additional staff if needed. She had thoughtful prompts to help us in our journaling. Brittany personally shared which then made it easier for the rest of us to share. The group size was perfect. I never felt rushed at anytime and was surprised how quickly the 4 hours passed. I highly recommend Brittany for yoga as well as a workshop such as this!
