About the Class

This beginner-friendly class offers a grounding fusion of Reformer Pilates and restorative yoga, designed to support both strength and release. You’ll move through classic Reformer exercises designed to help you build core stability, postural awareness, and functional strength, followed by some intentional, yin-inspired stretches to increase mobility and soothe the nervous system. The pace is steady and accessible, with plenty of time to connect to your breath, tune into your body, and move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. This class is ideal for anyone seeking mindful movement and a therapeutic approach to Pilates - especially those with a yoga background!

Special Instructions

Reformer Pilates Policies Booking & Attendance Booking closes 2 hours before class. Classes with fewer than 2 attendees two hours before start time will be canceled. Clients can book classes up to one month in advance. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 2 hours before class will not incur a penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours of class start time or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Class Requirements   • Grip socks are required (clients may bring their own or purchase from the studio).
