About the Class

Power Yoga, have you tried it yet? You should. Don't be intimidated by the L3. You want to clear your mind, build your endurance, feel your best? This is the class for you!  This class is a fast pace vinyasa power class with added props like weights and resistence bands to give help you build muscle and stregnth. Stay consistent with these classes and you feel feel the best you ever have!  Drink plenty of water the day before class, small sips during class, and lots of repleshing water after with eletrolytes. Limit food intake 2 hrs before class starts to feel light and energized.
