Jaimie has been practicing yoga for nearly three decades and has been teaching since 2021. She credits her love of yoga for keeping her physically flexible and mentally resilient through all of life’s twists and turns. Her certification is in vinyasa style yoga to which she brings a deep affinity for the alignment based yoga of B.K.S. Iyengar. Jaimie also enjoys teaching yin and restorative classes. Finding stillness can be the most challenging posture of all. “In my classes, I want to impart to my students a feeling of lightness and enjoyment while also encouraging them to find their edge. Yoga is about seeking out that tiny bit of the universe that we all hold inside.”
