Yoga Studio

Here at Soul Flow Yoga Studio, we are all about Connection and
Community. We strive to create an inclusive, nurturing and
non-dogmatic space, where you can come as you are, build community,
and nourish your body, mind and soul. We want our studio to feel
like home, a place where you are welcomed, accepted, and
encouraged, whether you are just beginning, returning after hiatus,
or you’re a seasoned practitioner. We believe that Yoga is for
Every Body and offer a series of creative and purposefully
sequenced classes to meet a wide array of needs. Connection for us
starts with our breath. As we take even a moment to tune inward, we
begin cultivating a connection to ourselves, the powerful
life-force breath in our lungs, to nature, and to each other. It is
with this connection that we have the ability to learn, heal, and
grow as we incorporate movement and meditation into our everyday
lives both on and off our mat.
