Heart and Light Yoga

Heart and Light Yoga, LLC is located in the Granwood Shopping Center. This space was designed to be a yoga space for everybody - whether you've been practicing yoga for a while or you've never taken a class before. The yoga community that we have created is warm and welcoming. We love to practice together and support each other as we try new poses and flows. The goal has been to create a safe space for people to see what's possible on their mat. We hope that you'll join our community. Come for the yoga classes - stay for the friendships you'll gain!
