This All-Levels class flows seamlessly, linking breath and
movement leading to discovery that lies in between the push and
pull within us all.  Specific alignment cues are given
throughout to keep you safe. Each class is uniquely woven
together by the teacher, so every time you step on the mat is a new
journey.  Set to groovy tunes to accompany you on the
mat.

Wild Heart Yoga is more than a yoga studio. We are a vibrant and
welcoming space that fosters a true yoga community.  Wild
Heart has a beautiful indoor studio as well as an outdoor covered
deck where you can connect with Mother Nature.
We are rooted in the foundation of connection--both to others
and ourselves--through movement, breath, awareness and love. We
