The Bridge Yoga
Lindsey visited her first restorative yoga class in 2018, and less than 12 hours later, her first vinyasa class, and has been practicing ever since. In 2022, Lindsey completed her RYT 200 yoga certification through Breathe for Change. Her favorite types of yoga to practice are vinyasa, yin, and hot. Lindsey is an artist, and yoga is her medium. As an instructor, she enjoys creating "art" on her mat with inspirational words, music, props, and asanas. Lindsey's yoga classes focus on wellness, self-care, and balance. Off the mat, you can find Lindsey reading, watching baseball, playing pickleball, traveling, and gardening.
