The Bridge Yoga
Marnie Krajicek's path to the present began in the late 90s when she turned to yoga for help with chronic pain, anxiety, and addiction. She found peace on the mat and in the rooms of 12 step recovery and knew she had to share what she was learning with others. She incorporates energy techniques, somatics, and aromatherapy in her gentle and recovery classes and dives a little deeper into those practices with the workshops she offers. When Marnie is not practicing yoga, you can find her hiking, swimming, listening to podcasts, and traveling with her family.
