The Bridge Yoga
Yoga has been an integral part of Courtney Daigle's life for over twenty years.Through two pregnancies, graduate school, cross-country moves, and a multitude of life changes, yoga has been a constant. Yoga has nurtured her physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually throughout the years.Yoga has taught her how to laugh when she falls. Obtaining her 200-hr RYT certification in 2023 allows her to share her yoga practice with others, including her students both on and off the mat. When she is not at The Bridge, or playing with her daughters, she can be found on the Texas A&M University campus as a professor – integrating the 8-limbs into daily life.
