Casey's love of Yoga has easily translated into her love for teaching. She teaches from an intuitive understanding of the unique collective mood of each class. Come experience her thoughtful cues and space to explore. Her gentle nature and challenging enthusiasm ensures lasting, calming energy and revitalization.Casey completed her 200hr YTT with YogaOne in Houston in 2012, her 300hr YTT with the Jivamukti School of Yoga in Costa Rica in 2014, and another 300hr YTT with Radiantly Alive in Ubud, Bali in 2015. She has also completed various other CEUs during this time. Her collective 1,000 hours of training and over 11 years of experience is sure to deliver.
