Back to Basics: The building blocks of Iyengar yoga With David Slack Thursdays, Feb. 6 thru March 13. 10:00 - 11:30am Rebuild your poses from the ground up! This 6-week course will examine individual parts of the body and how to work them correctly to improve your practice. Each week the focus will be a different part of the body. We’ll examine the correct method of working the feet, arms, hips, shoulders, neck and then learn to integrate these specific actions into each pose. Suitable for all levels of practitioner. In order to receive notifications from the studio including your zoom links and class recordings, you must be signed up for notifications. You can find this setting in your account, select My Profile, and click the Notifications tab. Under notifications make sure you have schedule and reminders, account management and news and updates set to “ON.” If you have them on and still do not receive notifications you need to check your junk mail account. If you still do not recieve the class link or recording please email the studio, bks-info@tx.rr.com We currently do not require masks or proof of vaccination for those attending classes in studio. We do ask that if you are not feeling well please stay home and take an online class.
