Unlimited group yoga classes for 10 CONSECTIVE DAYS! 
We are an inclusive friendly yoga studio.  You are welcome to attend all classes.  For your best experience  read the description of the classes.  Our classes are classified by intensity level 1-5.  Based on your experience yoga level and or physical fitness we recommend to start more conservatively.
Level 1-2 Slower pace, great for beginners or intermediate/advanced  practioineers  who are looking to restore and go into intentional deep stretch. 
Level 2-3 Medium Pace, static holds to breath and movement sequence.  Heat by infra red heaters add a therapeutic component as well make a slower pace class a little more intense

--Note Some classes are heated and others are not heated
Level 4-5 Our highest intensity, recommended for those with no current injuries, or advise your instructor of any past injury. These classes may have a cardio component or more options for advanced poses.

Excludes Special trainings, events, workshops.
No refunds, or pausing 1 month membership.

 No extensions nor refunds. Book / reserve your class ahead of time.  A no Show fee will be accessed if you do not show up to a class that you have reserved. $10 fee to your credit card.  You must cancel at least 30 minutes before class starts to avoid late cancelation fee.

WHAT MAKES
SHANTI YOGA UNIQUE
Variety of yoga styles and
intensity level classes designed for the beginner and the
experienced practitioner.  Each class will have a description
and intensity level 1 lowest - 5 highest .
Infra red
therapeutic heaters, some of our classes are heated
which offer therapeutic benefits to the body which may
include improved circulation, improved flexibility, deep
tissue healing, reduced inflammation, and weight-loss. 
Our yoga studio offers you
an atmosphere that is friendly, non judgmental, and authentic. We
are more than a yoga studio, we also offer wellness programs for
