Meet Jo Stokes and Stacy Wise, founders of Urban Vybe - where
you can experience a variety of dynamic workout classes in an
intimate boutique setting. Through many years of research,
teaching, and training, Jo and Stacy identified seven foundational
modalities of wellness that ideally support a balanced and healthy
lifestyle. Urban Vybe was created to offer this complete wellness
experience through a wide variety of classes, courses, and
community events that integrate; Yoga, Cardio, Strength,
Flexibility, Meditation, Nutrition, and Community.
As a boutique yoga and fitness studio, Urban Vybe members get to
enjoy all the advantages of personalized small group classes,
expert teaching from industry-leading instructors, and a wide
variety of exercise and yoga formats to choose - 40 classes each
