Practice type: Hatha Yoga Practice description: This class is rooted in Hatha Yoga traditions but includes more strong poses including standing, kneeling, prone spinal strengthening and core work. While poses are held for a long time, students are encouraged to activate smaller muscles of stabilization. These muscles are harder to activate when you’re in continuous movement.
