Practice type: Yogic Meditation & Breathwork Practice description: A 20 minute seated breath and meditation class.This class includes a 10-15 minute breath practice called the 4 purifications followed by 5-10 minutes of meditation.The 4 purifications come from the lineage of Baba Hari Dass of the Mount Madonna Center. Cumulatively, the practice is said to be a shat karma, which is a complete cleansing of the body. Meditations vary from body scanning, focusing on a single object, breath awareness, light visualization, to mantra. Props used: Blanket, Bolster
