Practice type: Vinyasa Yoga Practice Description: This class is rooted in Vinyasa Flow. It includes vinyasa progressions so that you have the option to both adapt the practice to your body but also leave space for growth and healthy challenge. We move the body to shift the mind leaving us feeling both stronger in the body and balanced in the mind.
